Our Indoor Adventure

We were hoping for nice weather during Spring Break, but luckily we have a great fall back plan which is the Children's Museum. My kids eat the place up and we'd go more if it wasn't such an exhausting experience for me. All 3 of them want to play in different areas and there are usually lots of kids around so it's hard to keep track of them all.
Miles tends to stay in the water area or the ball area. Of course you have to watch him in both or he'll drink the water or try throwing balls to other kids (who don't necessarily perceive his throwing as very nice).

Isaac tends to play in the grocery store or the baby area (it has ramps and he brings riding toys inside this area and "rides" them down the ramps) or else he wanders around "delivering" mail or "driving" police cars on the main floor. He requires supervision because I prefer the babies don't get run over by his cars on the ramp and he's not always patient while they crawl up or down.

Ethan, well you'll find him just about anywhere that someone will be his friend and play along with him. He like this ball area but notice he's gotten 2 boys to join him in dumping and loading. He also likes the block building area but only if he's helping others build something.

And invariably he find his way to the farm where he collects eggs from the chickens and delivers them to... actually I have no idea where he delivers them but he drives around with his little truck pulling eggs in the tractor part and wearing a cowboy hat.

Miles' new obsession is animals and their sounds. His horse sound comes out more like a high-pitched girl's laugh which is hilarious.

Don't know why he's using the saw to cut the fire engine?

Miles spent a while pointing at the horse and "neighing" so finally I got him up on him. He loves it.

And of course this is only the downstairs part but I was too exhausted from chasing them and trying to keep track of who was where and doing what, so the upstairs can wait for another day!
