Ethan's Summer

This summer I was hoping would be easier with no baby or schedule to really work around.  Sadly Ethan is now old enough that his schedule has taken over where a baby's used to rule.
Earning belts in Tae Kwon Do.

Cub scout camp and activities.

So nice that dad can go along too.

And those were just a few.  There were many more camps and classes and playdates and activities I forgot to get pictures of.  But in all things, Ethan was an excited participant and I can't complain when he leaves happy and comes home happy too.

One More Day of Fun

For our final day we couldn't leave out the fun in the pool.  Especially since Esther's (sort of) little brothers showed up to play with the kids and throw them around the pool.

And then there was enough for volleyball.
And monkey rides.
And Will ruled at the Miles throw but that's what you get from Cross Training.

Isla was happy to claim Aunt Deanna as her personal chauffeur.
And Isaac was just glad to claim the big float all to himself.
The girls win!  One point at least ;)
Then there was dinner and gourmet s'mores.
Yep, this firepit works just a little bit better than the cardboard and lighter fluid in Yakima.

And waiting around for it to be dark enough.
For our own fireworks show in the front yard.
Sparklers...
... and poppers with grandpa...
And a less impressive (don't tell Taylor that) but still very fun fireworks show in the bike lane.  Happy 24th!

Servoss Reunion Day #2

Day #2 brought a kids trip to the new Children's museum at Thanksgiving Point.   Ahh! Floating heads!

And this little girl was in heaven pretending to be Doc McStuffins.
Ok so it's pretty cool to be a vet with toys like these.
Train driver?
Bank robber or patron.  I'm not sure.

Too much fun.
Then it was time for naps and dinner and then a backyard movie.
complete with homemade cotton candy
Yes, perfection achieved (sort of :)
Hi momma!
Oops apparently some of the morning pics ended up last.  More fun at the Children's museum.

24th of July Reunion

If we hadn't gotten enough family fun in during our Yakima trip, Taylor's cousins and aunts all decided to come to Utah for the 24th of July so we got to have another fun family reunion.
Oh, how to start off a Woodbury reunion?  Mini golf in Barbara's new backyard?  Why not.  And color your own ball first while you're at it.
Isla's too hot to participate.
But dad's got the swing ready.
And he's not letting his only daughter wimp out that easily.  Correct form girl!
Yep, Sofia's got it.
So does Isaac.
Yep, Ethan's got a good swing too.
And Miles is working on it too.
After golfing it was time for naps and then baseball since that's what the Servoss family loves.

Aren't these 3 sisters adorable reacting to the same bad play.  Love my mother in law and her sisters.
And fireworks after the game completed a perfect day of family fun.
