Baseball Boys

Taylor has wanted our boys to play baseball for the past several years but we're always so busy with soccer that I wouldn't agree.  He finally wore me down this year they're doing both.  Which is INSANE!!!

Luckily Ethan and Isaac love playing sports and have never complained once about going to a practice or game.

Ethan's team is the Royals which his Grams really loves because she was a cheerleader for the KC Royals back in high school.

Ethan, and the rest of his team, has learned to slide because most often they're scoring on a wile pitch and you're required to slide because of safety.  They all think this rule is fantastically fun.  The Laundry Fairy in our house disagrees.

Isaac is on the Cardinals this year.  Because he's just in 1st grade he can still be on a team with all our neighbors which he loves because all his friends are there.

And sometimes (ok frequently) it starts to rain and then pour and the baseball boys just keep playing.  But we're wimps so we pile into the car and luckily we've backed into our spot so we can still (mostly) watch the game through the rain.
