Christmas Day

Christmas morning came bright and early as it always does and somehow Santa found us!
Toothbrushes

Tattoos and tiny remote control cars.  Just enough to entertain us for a few weeks.

After such a busy Christmas Eve/Isaac's birthday I was looking forward to a more low key day with nothing to do.  We had breakfast together and then Taylor's mom announced that "reindeer" had delivered presents to her room last night so we all needed to come over.  And I thought we'd convinced everyone to do Christmas early!  Oh well, most of it got used on the trip and only a little took up space in the bags coming back.

Mr. and Mrs. Clause
And all the rugrats- plus Santa Ezi.
The reindeer brought pipe cleaners which Ethan put to good use quickly.
After that the boys went off to go golf the amazing course while the ladies traded off tending the kids and going to get massages.  A fantastically relaxing day.  And then the kids were bored so we took them to the pool.
And there was lots of jumping from the hot tub into the big pool.
And lots of smiling and laughing and splashing.
And a pretty amazing view to watch it all from.
And while they were swimming and I was supervising (it was still just 65 degrees and a little too chilly for this momma) we noticed 3 little golf carts coming up the hill.
And it turned out to be our group of guys so I had to go and snap a few pictures.
I couldn't get too close- Taylor's dad was already giving me the stink eye for just being on the course.  Taylor's the one in yellow.

And then after showers and a little dressing up, it was time for a family dinner again.  This one complete with popper presents.  Everyone got a crown.
And something else small.  Miles got something yellow that he was really excited about and I can't for the life of me now remember what it was.

Mack got a pirate patch and Sam got a hair clip.
And grams, well, she got a fake mustache.  And thankfully dinner was much quicker this time so Isaac actually got his birthday cake without falling asleep at the table.
