Duke University

Sunday morning we all got up and checked out of our condos. Two of my brothers and their families left to drive home but the rest of us stayed since our flights didn't leave until Tuesday night. My youngest brother Jeff is planning to go to law school next year and he wanted to see Duke University so we decided walking around a university was a nice Sunday activity. Turns out Duke is gorgeous! Straight out of a fairy tale book. All these amazing archways and columns.

And a cathedral/castle looking thing in the middle of it all. The detail in everything was breath-taking.
And for my boys, the breath-taking part was the outdoor air conditioning. How cool is that? It looks like steam but it's cold. And it's motion activated or something like that so it would turn on when they'd run over the top of it and then stop after a while. Ethan and Isaac are both voting for Jeff to go to Duke after finding those things.
And when we finally dragged them away, they found a squirrel and that sealed the deal that this was a great pit stop. Poor squirrel terrorized by my loud, laughing, running circles around the tree boys.
But a beautiful campus right?
