In trying to catch up on all my blogging, I found these pictures on my iphone that I'd completely forgotten about. A few years back we had a huge windstorm that ripped out a lot of the really tall evergreen trees in our neighborhood. Luckily it was late November so all our leaves were gone and none of our own trees were affected but it was a crazy night listening to things flying around and thinking our front doors would fly open since they kept moving inward almost a full inch. And then in the morning on our drive to school we passed no less than 6 trees toppled over, some onto people's roofs that were all 30 foot high trees. Scary and amazing to see!
This one is just 4 houses down and around the corner.
Random trip with Taylor's work colleagues to see a football game in Washington State. Who knew it would snow 2 feet during the game! At least we came somewhat prepared.
A common sight- Ethan sick and resting on an airport bench. Could have been on any of our trips.
Cheesy grin to prove he's finally losing teeth and now says "Chri-th-mus".Taylor in church entertaining baby Isla.
Burrito child.
Isaac entertaining Isla in the car with a snowman he made at preschool. I do miss this about having a mini-van instead of the volvo. It was really nice to have the kids so close together- SOMETIMES!
Isla trying to "help" empty the dishwasher.
Sleepy baby with her baby doll that's bigger than her.
Isla "helping" dad install new shelves.
Yes, very helpful little girl.
Okay no longer helpful when you're trying to blow raspberries on dad's stomach.
Jumping in leaf piles.
And burying Isla.
It's pretty great to play in leaves.
Matthew's party was SUPER!
Isaac has the best Kindergarten teacher and she is so good at decorating her hall and classroom with all the wonderful crafts the kids get to make.
Halloween party in Isaac's kindergarten class. Trying to find the hidden spiders inside a plate of whipped cream.
Just a random day when Isaac is entertaining himself- and me!
And finally our kid's passport pictures. How can 4 different passport employees manage to make all 4 of my kids look so horrible when I'm pretty sure I've never taken a single bad picture of any of them :)
Seriously- mugshots of babies.
