Santa Isaac

Isaac's preschool does both a Christmas and a spring performance.  It's always a musical combined with a few memorized lines by each child.  This year they dressed them all up in Christmas costumes.
And as it turned out, Isaac got to be Santa.  Each of the costume groups danced to a different song and Isaac's was Navidad Rock.  He got to dance with Mrs. Claus and was quite the hit with his swing dances.  I didn't even know he could dance like that but apparently they taught him.  He's got some good moves now!

Here's our view from the 3rd row.  Do you see those arms in the air on the far right?  That's him- leaping as high as he can during one of his songs.
And afterwards with his favorite teacher.

And with Grams who is such a good sport and comes to every single performance.
Even though Ethan had school that morning, he asked nicely several times so I let him skip a little school to come support Isaac.  He was excited to see 1 of his old teachers who is still there.
We love Mari!
And it seems fitting that Isaac got cookies and milk after the performance- he was Santa Claus after all.
