Paper Bag Puppets

Today when we picked Ethan up from his preschool, Isaac started begging to go to a park. Unfortunately for him it's 100 degrees outside and I'm just not up for it. He was a little (read LOT) upset until I suggested we all do a project together. And then it was all smiles and laughing in the car. This whole project idea has been great although we haven't done as many as I thought we would, it's nice to be able to pull something out of a box and just do it together. Plus the boys love every minute of it.
Ethan chose to make a panda bear. And Isaac wanted a regular bear.
The newest complication to our projects is that Miles won't stay where I left him- he comes to join the party! And loves to grab (and eat) whatever errant glue stick, marker or piece of paper that gets accidentally dropped. Lovely!
Not sure how much use they'll get before the glued on pieces start falling off and I have to throw them away so Miles doesn't choke on the little pieces, but they're adorable for now- at least in a scary-looking-toddler-made-it-kind-of-adorable-way.
