Our January so far

Ethan's back at school so Isaac has to entertain himself in the mornings. One day he found a tiny soccer ball and decided his dinosaurs would like to play soccer. He literally carried the 2 little dinos and the ball around to every room I was in and let them kick the ball back and forth.
We love having dad home on Saturdays. He joined us at the children's museum last Saturday and loved the building and playing as much as the boys did.
Miles has become a beautiful smiling baby. He rewards you with these jumbo smiles whenever you talk to him, get him out of his crib, talk to him, change his diaper, or just smile at him. He's truly a happy baby and we love it.
He's also discovered that his hands taste good- finger lickin good.
Isaac discovered ice cream- in cones and in a bowl simultaneously. How can you beat that?
Miles has started grabbing his toys. I love when he plays with these because he thinks the little yellow star with the smiley face is actually smiling at him and so he smiles and talk back to the little star. So funny.
And his favorite things are these 2 little fingers of his. Instant entertainment that never goes away- okay except when he's swaddled.
He's such a chill baby that tummy time doesn't last long. With the other two I'd put them on their tummies to strengthen their necks and arms and they'd wail the whole time. Miles keeps his head up for a few minutes to see whatever is interesting around him, and then he just lays his head down. I'm seriously spoiled here- and he slept through the night the last 2 nights with no prompting or training on my part. Knock on wood.
