Stop Two: Ohio

Tuesday morning we headed to visit my older brother Dave and his family in Cleveland Ohio.  Wednesday they drove the short drive with us to visit Kirtland where we all toured the old city with the sister missionaries.

We were pretty exhausted from the heat and since the kids were not as interested in the history and details as I was, we skipped going inside the Kirtland Temple and just touched it and walked around like the other temples.

Since we were all hot and sweaty it was time to hit up their local pool.  Miles was worried because there were no cousins his age in Ohio, but he didn't need to be because both Noah and Ian played with everyone and were so sweet.  Noah even let Miles ride on his shoulders for hours as they went around the whirlpool.

Thursday we went to their park, played around the house, went to their piano recital and then got ice cream to celebrate.  These boys were hilarious.  I'm not sure how much ice cream they ate and how much got lost since they spent the whole time dying laughing.
Yep, another fantastically fun and exhausting stop on our trip.  Isla is my only one that sleeps in.
