Pioneer Day

With all the painting and cooking we didn't take much time for really celebrating the pioneers this year, but we did pause to take in a REAL Soccer game and the fireworks afterwards.
A big surprise- our section won the Burger King giveaway of the night so we all got free whopper coupons and these amazingly fun pom pom that accessorize quite nicely with Ethan's hair.
Miles couldn't get enough of them either.
And Isaac couldn't resist doing it if Ethan did it- sadly, it makes him look WAY too much like a girl. Poor cute boy with long lashes and curly hair.
In the past we've stayed up in our seats for the fireworks but tonight decided to join everyone down on the field. It was a hit and we'll definitely be doing that again! Happy Pioneer Day everyone! (Sorry you don't get a day off if you're not in Utah)
